A short biography
Edward Chen
CS PhD student · network security & AI safety
I'm a Computer Science PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center, working at the intersection of network security and AI safety — encrypted-traffic analysis, adversarial robustness, and the systems that hold them up.
Outside the lab I am a constant Linux tinkerer and a minimalist photographer. This page is hand-built and slow-moving: notes on tools, papers, networks, and the shape of useful ideas.
